MERLOT

A fine dry red wine of high quality. Ruby-red in colour, with hedgerow fruit, cherry and plum aromas and a hint of vanilla and chocolate. Exclusively made from the best selection of Merlot grapes, chosen and picked by hand in our vineyard on the rolling slopes of the Rahovec Valley and ripened in oak casks for 12 months. An exceptionaly tasteful wine with complexity and softness in equal measure topped by a delightfully long-lasting finish.

CABERNET SAUVIGNON

A premium dry red wine. Deep ruby with violet hues and a cheerful bouquet of black currant and forestfruit with notes of vanilla and honey. An exclusive selection of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes is used, picked by hand in our vineyards on the hilltops of the Rahovec Valley – a hidden jewel with centuries of winemaking tradition, where quality comes first. Ripened on oak for 12 months, this makes a charming wine with a full, round taste and, owing to mild tannines, a long velvety finish.

PINOT NOIR

An accessible dry ruby-red wine that bursts with flavours of berries and forest fruit. This elegant Pinot Noir caresses the senses. Exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes, picked by hand in our vineyards on the rolling hills of the Rahovec Valley – a hidden jewel with centuries of winemaking tradition, where quality comes first. After 8 months on American oak this subtle wine holds a lot of character that delights and lasts throughout its silky smooth aftertaste.

AMPHORA

It is a quality dry red wine from our region. Dark red with aromas of cherry and mediterranean herbs and the warm taste of cherries, black plum and stewed prune. Made from a unique blend of Gamay, Vranac and Prokup grape variaties, delicately picked by hand in our vineyards on the rolling hills of the Rahovec Valley – a hidden jewel with centuries of winemaking tradition, where quality comes first. Ripened for a minimum of 6 months in oak casks. A generous, accessible wine with a vivid fruity flavour.

CHARDONNAY

The Chardonnay is a premium dry white wine made from Chardonnay grapes, all hand-picked in our vineyards. The hills surrounding the Rahovec Valley have been producing wines since Illyrian times and have been the epicentre of viticulture in this beautiful region for many centuries.

This light golden wine is filled with warm scents of tropical fruit such as peach and pineapple. The wine is stored in our specially designed tanks allowing all the tropical fruit aromas to harmonize with flavours that will leave you wanting more.

RIESLING

This dry white is a high quality table wine. The hills around the Rahovec Valley have been producing wines since Illyrian times and have been the epicentre of viticulture in this beautiful region for many centuries. The hand-picked Riesling grape from our vineyards produces a nose of honeysuckle and lemon butter, and the fresh taste of lemon rind and lemon meringue. A fresh white wine with a clear and crisp finish.

ZAMBAKU

A perfectly balanced semi-sweet white wine, fresh and clear, from our region. This wine is greenish-gold in colour and harbours tastes of white blossom, lilies, forest pine, melon and lime. The wine is produced by blending Rhine Riesling and Riesling grapes that are handpicked in our vineyards on the rolling hills of the Rahovec Valley – a hidden jewel with centuries of winemaking tradition, where quality comes first. It is stored in specially designed tanks allowing the delicate play of flavours to blend harmoniously. A light fruity wine with a long finish.

ROSÉ

This high quality semi-dry wine is made from hand-picked Pinot Noir grapes grown in the vineyards on the rolling hills of the Rahovec Valley – a hidden jewel with centuries of winemaking tradition, where quality comes first. The wine has a fine dry drink from which cherry, sour cherry and raspberry emerge. The Rosé is fermented and aged in oak barrels for 5 months. A pleasant Rosé for a wonderful summer’s day.
