HAND-PICKED GRAPES
Our Vineyards are located on the gentle hills of Rahovec at an altitude of 350 to 520 metres above sea level and receive the sun for an average of 270 days a year, which ensures the production of very high quality grapes. The vineyards are cultivated under the supervision of experts and advanced agro-technical measures, resulting in fantastic wines of the highest quality. Grape harvesting is done manually, with qualified staff assessing the technological maturity of the grape. Only grapes that meet these high expectations are picked and used for our wines. We harvest from early September until the second half of October.
SUSTAINABLE FARMING
Solar power
Solar power is used to meet the winery’s daily energy needs. The Vineyard’s ‘off-grid’ approach will take a new step in protecting and conserving our environment.
Water
The winery uses a high-pressure, low-flow system for cleaning tanks and barrels, saving many thousands of litres of water
Energy
We use lighting with lower energy consumption in our production areas (90% LED-friendly, saving more than 30% energy compared to traditional sources). We also use motion sensors to detect sunlight, saving energy and using less lighting.

Respect for nature, people and animals is very important to us. Our agricultural practices reflect our respect for the conscious management of natural resources. All our wine products are vegan friendly and we use sustainable farming techniques.

We combine traditional winemaking methods with the latest technological developments: from manually picking grapes that exceed quality standards to stoning and fermentation, ageing in oak barrels, bottling, corking and labelling. We give the best to each bottle which is unique, we make wines with a passion and love for the product, that you can taste with every sip.
